Yes I know, I can never function quite the same if I don’t have my mobile phone, laptop, iPod or PDA. These things basically supplement my existence, and leaving the house without any of them feels like going out in the street butt-naked! But living in a house surrounded by all these gadgets makes you think you’re Fred Flintstone renting out a room at the Jetsons. Technology is a wonderful, helpful invention but sometimes you just want to go home to a private space that’s not constantly buzzing with telephone rings, email buzzes, and the beeping of mobile phones.
